Toyota's Hybrid Supra Successor to Launch in 2011

Hold on, the next supra will be a hybrid?!?I love the original supra- because it was a car with a lot of potential, but potential you had to unlock yourself- this is like the supra, minus the heart- the new GT-R is more "tune- able", nice one Toyota, now even green peace can be "pimpin", too bad for us fans though... Interesting look, not bad though. I think it will grow on me. With it being hybrid too, what's it going to weigh in at? The last model was about 3450lbs if I am correct. I hope they keep it under 3400. While details are still limited, several sources are suggesting the rear-wheel drive sports car will be offered with a 3.5-liter V6 and the Lexus GS450h's 2GR-VSE 3.5-liter V6 which will be paired with the Toyota's Crown hybrid system. While the current 3.5-liter V6 only produces 268 hp and 248 lb-ft or torque, the Crown's hybrid system could enable the Lexus' V6 to produce more than 400 hp.

We could see a thinly veiled concept appear at this year's Tokyo Motor Show, but the production model isn't expected to be unveiled until next year.

The 2010 RX450 Hybrid

The 2010 RX450 Hybrid is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in two trims, the 450h FWD... read more and the 450h AWD.

Upon introduction, the 450h FWD is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 295-horsepower, hybrid engine that achieves 30-mpg in the city and 28-mpg on the highway. The 450h AWD is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 295-horsepower, hybrid engine that achieves 32-mpg in the city and 28-mpg on the highway. A variable speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.

Roewe N1 Concept Sketch 2011

You meant the MG6 Concept -- MG Rover died several years ago and SAIC/NAC has no rights to the Rover name, hence them inventing Roewe. I think the Rover name is owned by Ford, although there is a chane it was sold to Tata with JLR.

Although virtually no information exists on the upcoming concept, there is speculation that the N1 is essentially a Roewe version of the MG Rover MG6 Concept (both brands are owned by the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation) which will also debut at the show. If the speculation turns out to be correct, the N1 will most likely be based off the Roewe 550 and feature a turbocharged four-cylinder 1.8-liter petrol engine.
More information should be released later this week, so stay tuned for more details.

2011 Great Wall Hover H7 Concept Car

The H7 is hideous. The sports sedan is almost nice. It reminds me of a mini-Maybach for some reason. OMG that SUV is hideous! What have they done to the front!?! That will only sell in China - but then once again all thier cars are boring and dated looking so were is this thing going to sell???
The H7 features a large deep chrome grille and a headlights cluster that stretches from halfway down the front grille almost to the A-pillar. The side mirrors are peculiarly hollow for the most part. The doors feature see-through glass probably intended to showcase its spaciousness rather than the occupants' legs. This design element will probably not make it into production.
Powered by a 3.0-litre V6 engine with a 6-speed automatic gearbox, the 4WD H7 is said to have a top speed of 140mph (225km/h).

Land Cruiser Modification Body Kits

what a point to put body kit on this XL size SUV ? more aerodynamic for off road, what a joke ??, stop applying body kit on truck/SUV please, people are going to get bored with you, WALD Japanese company Wald International have certainly brought out some interesting body kits since they got into the modifications game.But the engineers at Wald managed to style their Land Cruiser in both a strong and dignified manner. The new front bumper with integrated fog lamps sticks out in a particularly bold way that is matched by the new sidesills. The rear bumper incorporates the same mesh as seen at the front, while also building in new reflectors and space for the interestingly shaped quad-exhaust. Blacked-out Mahora M11C 20-inch wheels match the paint pretty well, but we like the five-point chrome-look wheels for the added contrast. If there is anything that can be removed, it is the rear spoiler, which looks rather out of place. Land Cruiser Modification Body Kits
